For people that want safe weight loss doing it the healthy way is very important. There are many things you can do to get the weight off in a healthy and safe way and still keep eating foods you enjoy.

When the New Year comes people start looking at ways to get healthy. Getting eight hours of sleep is important for your body because it gives it time to recuperate from eating.

By the next morning your body is ready to eat again. There are many different things you can feed your body. Fiber cereal with fresh fruit is good as long as it has no sugar.

Shakes are very good if it has protein and vitamins in them. There are also fruit available to grab and go. Just understand that morning is the most important meal in the day.

To be healthy you need to eat every four hours. Make sure you eat an apple, yogurt, almonds, and so, in between breakfast and lunch. Also drink a lot of water.

If water is hard to drink you can add lemon to add flavor and again no sugar. Black coffee and green tea are o.k. also to wake you up in the morning.

For lunch you want to keep it easy, but keep you full until dinner. First thing is salad with almonds and a little grilled chicken makes a great lunch. You can also drink a healthy shake for lunch. Just be sure you bring something to eat during the four hours before lunch.

If you eat fruit and greens through out the day you will be full all day so your concentration will be good at work which is a positive. There are a lot of drinks that do not have sugar in them so drink them during the day.

The evening meal should not be hard if you have a family. Make them the same thing you eat. Here are a few ideas.

If you make skinless chicken with brown rice, have a salad with oil on top for a dressing. For a dessert you can have sugar free jello. Your kids will love that.

You can also have some yogurt with fruit on top. Just pick a fruit your kids love the most.

Then have some almonds for a snack after dinner. Just a few will help before you go to bed so you are not filling your stomach before you go to sleep. If you go to bed with a full stomach it will just sit there all night and you will feel bad in the morning.

Safe weight loss is eating right and exercising at least three times a week. Know that eating the right thing every four hours is the safest way to go.

Losing weight is a struggle for a lot of people. There are many fad diets out there that confuse people.

You have to find the right diet for your lifestyle. Some people have families that do not need a diet so it is hard to make a great meal for them and then eat your own meal.

The fast food restaurants are trying to keep up with people wanting to eat healthy food. Just look at the menus and you can see salads with grilled chicken. When going to a restaurant you should always order your meal and put half aside to eat later.

Here are some of the problems people face to losing weight:

1. People are hungry
2. Not eating the right things
3. Not eating enough
4. Thinking they do not have time to eat healthy

We run around all day and pick something up fast to eat. Many times it is not good for us but it is quick.

Eating an apple, fiber bar, or a quick shake would help if it was quick. They say you should eat healthy food at least five times a day. Try eating five times a day. It is harder than it sounds.

At the grocery stores healthy food is very expensive and you have to eat it right away or it will get rotten.

The time you need to go and exercise is hard as well. Plus you have to join a club which takes money out of your wallet. Then you have to go at least three times a week to see results. That is time taken away from the family.

If you join Jenny Craig or NutriSystems you have to pay money for their meals, but you also have to go to the grocery store to buy your lettuce and apples and other healthy food that is not included in the plan.

People eat when they are bored and have nothing to do, so they go right to the refrigerator. If there is nothing going on in your life in the first place so people go to food.

When you go to a gathering people are eating and most times it is things that are not good for you. And if you just came from work you are hungry so eat.

Portion control is very hard where ever you go at restaurants or to friends. There is a huge plate with a lot of food on it. Every thing is big portions. And much of the food is not good for any of us.

I guess the key is to really keep going and do not give up on watching what you eat and how many times a day you eat. It is possible that losing weight can happen for you.
